Gaepyeong Hanok Village

Gaepyeong Hanok Village is a classic aristocratic ‘yangban’ town often referred to 'Left Andong, Right Hamyang.' The village that has hundreds of years old historic houses lined up along the stonewall walkway is also a well known Green Tourism Village. In particular, Ildu Jeong Yeo Chang's residence was designated a masterpiece in 2013. It plays an important role in research on Joseon Dynasty houses. Ansim Village has historical significance since it is the place where Yeonam Bak Jiwon first installed and operated a watermill.
